Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Drivers only need the link you send them.
Is my data safe, and who owns it?
Your data is yours. It is sent over encrypted connections, backed up every day, and never sold. You can export it any time.
Can my drivers and office staff use it in their own language?
Yes. Each person picks their language: English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Turkish, Punjabi, Hindi or Arabic. Invoices to brokers stay in English.
Does it work for owner-operators who lease on to me?
Yes. Set the percent you keep and which expenses come off, and the settlement works it out.
Is it an ELD?
No. Keep your certified ELD. Simple Trucking handles the business side: loads, invoices, pay, IFTA and reminders.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Try everything for 14 days. You only add a card if you decide to stay.
Will brokers or drivers see what I pay my drivers?
No. Invoices show only what the customer owes, and driver links show the load without any rates or money.
Where do the miles come from?
From free OpenStreetMap maps, or Google Maps if you add your own key. Both give car routes, so check them against your truck route when it matters.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export it. We keep it for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it.
I have more than 30 trucks. Can I use it?
Yes. Write to us and we will set up a plan for your fleet.
How much storage do I need?
A typical truck creates about 1 GB of files a year: rate confirmations, PODs and receipt photos. Opening and downloading your files is free; storage is only what you keep.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, with no contract. If you cancel within 30 days after your first payment, you get that payment back.
